Unusual scrolling when multiple rows are selected

Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.

Iā€™m not sure exactly how to reproduce this.

  • Use Dynalist for a while, doing stuff
  • press shift + down to highlight a row
  • press ctrl+down

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?

highlighted row moves down one place in the list

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?

Dynalist scrolls back up to the top of the list

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Which browser are you using? If youā€™re using a desktop or mobile app, whatā€™s the version number of Dynalist?

Windows 10, Windows App 1.0.47

Additional information

Anything else you think would help our investigation, like a screenshot or a log file? You can drag and drop screenshots to this box. For large amount of text, try putting them into something like Pastebin.

I donā€™t know what triggers this bug. It goes away if I exit and re-open Dynalist, then every once in a while comes back. If I notice a pattern to what Iā€™m doing before this behavior starts, Iā€™ll update this post.

Additional comments

Iā€™ve found that switching documents causes this bug to go away; I donā€™t have to completely exit Dynalist.

Thanks for the follow-up!

Is this bug always reproducible after switching to a new document?

Also this seems to be a duplicate report of an earlier post:

Yes, itā€™s a duplicate - I didnā€™t see that report. Thanks!
