Steps to reproduce

I have a fairly long list of items (with sub-items) which I want to bubble sort alphabetically. Whenever I select more than one item and move it up or down by pressing CTRL + up/down, the whole page scrolls to the top and I donā€™t see the selected items anymore. This does not happen when only one item is selected or when using the mouse.

Expected result

Page should stay where it is just like when using mouse or only one item is selected.

Actual result

Page scrools to top and I donā€™t see the items being moved anymore.

Environment

Windows 10, deskopt and same happens in Chrome.

It seems to reproduce pretty reliably. Just make a fresh document, make the list long enough that it goes off the bottom of the page, highlight one or more rows near the bottom, and try to move them. It will scroll back to the top.
