Shortcut to move cursor focus to next item at same level as current

Imagine the following scenario:

It would be nice to have a modifier to go with the down key to move directly from List 1 to List 2 a voila:

This is extremely handy in almost any situation where you are shuffling multiple lists around.

Suggestion: Alt and up / down don’t seem to do anything as far as I can tell?

I concur with the usefulness of this cursor navigation. I attempt to use it from left-over habits from CheckVist mostly–up-down to navigate between children, and right-left arrow keys to expand and collapse. This is remarkably easy and intuitive to use and keeps hands on the keyboard.

We can just leave it blank instead of guessing some shortcut is available (we have been wrong in 90% of cases from past experience ;)).
