RTL item dragging problem

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set document to RTL.
  2. Add some items.
  3. drag to change the order of the items.

Expected result

Draged item will be in the same level as now, only change his order.

Actual result

The dragged element will become a child of the above item.
(only when dragging the element left while dragging it will stay in the same level)

Sorry to hear this is a bug. It sounds like your only option is to do all of these moves via the hotkeys.
