If Dynalist should ever sell its assets, merge with another entity or file for bankruptcy, information collected from this web site and in the operation of the services may be transferred as assets of Dynalist.

Your information may be transferred as assets of Dynalist if we're bought by another company.

By "transferred as assets", we mean the buyer company will store your data so that it can provide the service. You will still own your data.
