If I shift-tab a point to move it to the next higher hierarchy, it assumes ownership of all it’s former siblings as subpoints. Is there a way to stop that? Super problematic if you accidentally shift-tab a point, then try to tab it back in place.
I think that’s an option. Try unchecking the “Unindent items in-place” setting and see if it behaves the way you want:
