Pasting a COLLAPSED item scrolls page to the top

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a bullet with some sub-bullets
  2. Collapse the parent bullet
  3. Copy the entire bullet including its sub-bullets in this collapsed state
  4. Scroll to the middle/bottom/anywhere of the document
  5. Try to paste the collapsed bullet you just copied

Expected result

The item gets pasted, and the document scrolling remains roughly in the same place.

Actual result

The item gets pasted correctly, but the document is scrolled to the top.

Weirdā€¦ I remember fixing an issue where itā€™d scroll to the bottom, and now it goes to the top :scream:
