No emails coming through

Steps to reproduce

Iā€™ve created my account, but donā€™t receive any emails with a verification link. When I try to log in, it continues to say ā€˜You should check your email. We have sent you a link to verify first.ā€™

Iā€™ve checked the spam folder, and waited a reasonable amount of time for the email to appear. Iā€™ve also tried requesting a password reset email, but still no email comes through.

Environment

This is all on Chrome and my email is gmail.

This looks like the same problem as I never receive any email - and it looks like that required someone manually sending the email. Note that the email attached to this account is my personal one, (where I did get a verification email), whereas Iā€™d like to login with my work email. Other people have been able to log in to dynalist with their email from my company.

Try emailing support and attach the email youā€™re having trouble with.
