Help instructions for "unable to sync for some time" should be local, not online

I was just working offline for a while, and got the “unable to sync for some time” message, which includes a link to [this help page](https://help.dynalist.io/article/111-my-dynalist-is-having-trouble-
syncing-to-the-server).

If I can access that help page, I’m likely back online, so it’s not much help!

I’d suggest having at least some minimal instruction built into the codebase that’s downloaded, so you could show a popup without having to go online.
