Changing Document Name in Document has some sync problem

Steps to reproduce

Open a new document, in the document title, slowly type 012345678901234567890123456789 (slow means about 4 character per second?)

Expected result

Title name changed to 012345678901234567890123456789

Actual result

The outcome is unpredictable, depending on when is the file name sync happened. But I think the outcome is usually not correct.

Environment

Chrome, Win 10, with file pane opened

I’ve encountered the same issue. Chrome, macOS Sierra.
