Accidental deletion of file. How do I retrieve

I accidentally deleted a file called ‘Bombers’. How can I retrieve it.

(BTW - ‘Bombers’ refers to an Aussie rules team. Nothing sinister )

Would it not save you guys a lot of trouble of restoring things if you simply added a menu option “Undelete” to the files tab?
