Zoom in doesn't seem to be working?

I can’t get zoom in to work. I swear it started immediately after I upgraded. I am on Chrome on a Mac, version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit).

MacBookPro - macOS Catalina 10.15.

I have tried the magnifying glass and the cmd + [ key. I also tried changing the preference to have the bullet zoom. Nothing seems to work.

Hi Deborah,

We haven’t been able to repro this, but I don’t think it would be related to upgrading. That would be really weird. Even if you accidentally overrode the Cmd+[ shortcut, the other methods should still work.

We also got multiple emails from you – do you prefer to resolve the issue over email or here on the forum?

sorry, I don’t care where you resolve it, just that you do. Makes it hard to use.
