Unusual scrolling when multiple rows are selected

Steps to reproduce I have a fairly long list of items (with sub-items) which I want to bubble sort alphabetically. Whenever I select more than one item and move it up or down by pressing CTRL + up/down, the whole page scrolls to the top and I don’t see the selected items anymore. This does not happen when only one item is selected or when using the mouse. Expected result Page should stay where it is just like when using mouse or only one item is selected.
