Unable to sync - web app

Steps to reproduce

Starting from scratch, what are the steps to make the bug happen? The fewer the steps, the better.
Click on “Sync Now” button in Web App (does not happen in Android).

Expected result

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?
“Synced” message replacing “Sync Now.”

Actual result

Instead of the expected result, what happened?
“Sync Now” usually, or “Unable to Sync” occasionally.

NetError usually means either your connection is spotty, or our server isn’t responding. If your internet isn’t down, then you might have ran into a period when our servers are suffering from an ongoing issue during which sync is slow from time to time. We are still investigating it right now, and we have unfortunately yet to find the root cause of it.

Thank you for the update! My internet connection is fairly stable, so I suspect it might be the latter. I’m sure it must be frustrating to have an issue with an unknown source like that.
