In CSS, /* stuff inside comments */ get ignored. In DynaList, Copy-Paste to text ignores collapsed bullets. Put these ideas together and you get:
Select-All, Copy, go to settings, paste.
Want to disable a style? click the bullet, then copy-paste.
Enable again? Click bullet, copy paste.
