I am experiencing the same problem. The window shows as blank (as in 1173’s post) after about 1 second of displaying the UI as expected.
The issue is not fixed by uninstalling, removing all data/config/cache folders and registry entries, and then reinstalling.
Running on Windows 10 Version 1909
