Steps to reproduce

In a document, press the shortcut of “search everywhere" & “Enter flat search” dose not work(no respones)
It happends on both Mac or Windows or Web
Did I use the shortcut in a Steps to reproduce

You need to enter a search term in the search bar first. Did you do that?
