Steps to reproduce
Make an outline item with text that spans all the way to the right. Scroll up. The search icon will hide the text.
Suggestion
The search icon should be moved slightly to the right so it doesnât cover the text, or everything on that line should be invisible, so not just the last part of the line is clipped.
