Right now there is a general preference that lets me choose whether to move at the end or the start:

The problem is that sometimes I want to move an item to the end and sometimes to the start. Currently, there’s no way to do this other than manually dragging (which can get hairy if the documents have a lot of items).
I would love it if there was an additional shortcut that would let me move items to the opposite position specified in the default (or remove the default and make the position dependent on the two shortcuts).
