If you haven’t dived into a macro app, you should. I don’t know why it took me so long. There are so many repetitive actions in Dynalist and Obsidian that can be transformed into long sequences of hotkeys or trackpad gestures. You can remap those to a single hotkey.
I am assigning cmd + # to move items to my inbox or priority 1-5 nodes. cmd + <- reads the item aloud using Siri. cmd + -> sends the item to the bottom of the list (so repeatedly pressing it cycles the whole list over and over)
On mac, BetterTouchTool is excellent.
