Missing Dropbox/Google Backups

Hi,

I have a Pro account and both (Dropbox and Google) backup options are selected, but I haven’t had a backup on either since 29/12/2020.

Any idea what’s going on?

My daily Dropbox backups seem to be occurring on time. Dunno why yours aren’t.

Go to the document pane, right click, and go to version history. Do you see all the edits you’ve been making lately there?

Did you get any email from us that talks about errors?

Another possibility is that you haven’t changed anything since Dec 29. If nothing changes, we don’t add additional backups to save space.

I think you might be right. I’ve looked at stuff, but not made any changesals. When I made new items, backup started working again. Sorry for the false alarm!
