Hmm is this a real use case?
I’ve seen implementations of Markdown that doesn’t allow this. An example would be Reddit.
Some of my lists look like ‘Author, Work, Publisher’ or the like, and I tried to make the entire items links. Not the most critical bug we’ve got, for sure.
