iPhone mobile app will not delete docs

Having issues deleting docs in mobile app on iPhone XR. We can initially delete the doc but it reappears after a few seconds. Note that sync is on but the ā€œdeletedā€ doc does not appear on the browser version, only mobile app.

There are no available app updates and we tried renaming and then deleting the docs but issue remains.

What do you expect to see after carrying out the steps above?

iPhone (iOS 14.7) - app version 1.4.14

I canā€™t speak for iOS, but I had that same problem on my Android phone. Frustrating as all get out. Hereā€™s what fixed it for me.
I went into Settings, Apps & Notifications, opened up Dynalist app, clicked on Storage, took the option to clear storage and clear cache. Problem cleared up immediately.
I know android and iOS are completely different, but Iā€™m sure you can clear storage and cache, so give it a try. It canā€™t hurt.

Appreciate your response! I ā€œoffloadedā€ and re-installed the app on my iPhone (didnā€™t appear to have a clear cache option for the app). Weā€™ll see if the ghost docs keep re-appearing!
