iOS date picker disappears on iPad with external keyboard attached

Steps to reproduce

Type ! to make the date picker pop up.
Select >> to go to next month

Expected result

Month picker arrows to stay visible.

Actual result

The whole view moves up so that the month arrows are no longer accessible.
