Include .desktop file in Linux build

The current Linux bundle does not include a .desktop file which makes it

  1. A bit ugly as it have no icon
  2. Hard to add to the system menu as a desktop file must be created manually

Please include a desktop file to solve the above issues.

Also it would be nice if you distributed a package instead of a tar.gz so that it could be installed automatically.
