Images in shared documents show as "access denied"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Created a document
  2. Pasted images into that doc
  3. Shared that document with someone else

Expected result

Other person should see all items AND see the images.

Actual result

Other person sees all items, but images do not appear in the outline. If other person clicks on where the image should be, browser opens and shows error message “Access denied”.

Environment

Mac App (creator) + Safari browser on iOS (collaborator)
