How can I restore deleted items?

Excuse me. I couldn’t find the information about how to restore deleted items in “Help”. Would someone tell me the way to restore items?

Would it be an idea to automatically reset the availability of the Pro Trial annually? I don’t know whether there’s anything in Pro that would make it open to exploitation, but it’s something some programs do because it’s a form of promotion to regular users. Most of the time free users won’t want to take the opportunity up because it could impact their usual workflow.
