I posted this elsewhere but was asked to share this: IF you have a pro account and IF you don’t use code, you can hack the code CSS to become a highlight: Put this in your CSS area:
.node-inline-code {background-color:#ffd;color:#000;font-family:‘Whitney’;padding:3px;}
You can change to your preferred font, and change the back-ground color if you like. I use http://www.ficml.org/jemimap/style/color/wheel.html to find color codes, but there are many good color pickers out there.
