Hi, Free account here. I deleted my entry by mistake and when I tried restoring the backup, the recent update was not there. I’m 100% sure it was synchronized but why the hell it isn’t in my backup? Is there an alternative to Dynalist that’s similar?
I having the same issue… Deleted two folders accidentaly with important data.
Try and get the free trial to pro to retrieve the data. Contact them for the free trial or pay for a month. my date wasn’t important so I redid the whole thing. But now I moved to Workflowy a much better platform with the option to undo. Happy that I deleted my data so I can find a better option.
