HELP! Desktop app has stopped syncing - thinks it is offline?

I can use the desktop app fine - but it only SAVES and does not SYNC. I need to be able to see my DL notes from other devices (mission critical - working to a deadline!). In exploring I see DL will not let me send help, or even log out.
I tried reinstalling but it gives me an older version than the one I had - and all the same problems persist. Can someone help? Many thanks!
PS - of course I am online and everything else works fine.

Having the same issue.

Same here. I sent a support request yesterday. I’m using the desktop app for Mac OS. My iOS devices, on the same wifi network, are fine.

Sorry we are dealing with a DDoS attack and we’ve accidentally blocked overall chrome from accessing the site while trying to block the attackers. I’ve changed the filters to be more precise so it does not impact legitimate customers.
