Forward an email to my inbox
Expected result
A new item with the Email Subject as the main text and the email body as the Note
Actual result
There is never a Note created.
Environment
Which operating system are you using? Windows 10
Which browser are you using? Firefox and Chrome

The Help indicates you should add a special code to prevent a Note from being created but it’s happening all the time
