It would be very useful to have some type of āconditional formattingā to make glancing quickly at a document more useful. An example condition could be if an item has any child items. This would allow a living doc to be more readable if you have tasks to complete. See example below

This would be great. The first example I thought of was the same one you did: to highlight an item if it has children. I just encountered a scenario for myself where this would be nice. The conditional formatting based on tags would also be cool.
