Every now and then, after navigating through my lists, I end up with multiple empty bullets.
I cant remember actively pressing enter, so not sure why I usually end up with these.
I use the Web and Android app, and it happens when I use either of them.
Any tips, or is this a feature?

This is not a feature on its own for sure 
It’s most likely caused by accidentally clicking on an empty document. For example, if you searched for some keyword but didn’t find any results, the page is blank. Now as a convenient feature, you can click anywhere on the page to create a new item, so you don’t need to preciously aim at the first line. That could be the cause of these new items.
