Embedding Dynalist in Notion

A while ago, I saw someone post here that he was using Dynalist together with Notion.so, and embedding his Dynalist lists into Notion with Notion’s embed functionality. This way he could still maintain his Dynalist lists in Dynalist, and use Notion for its specific way of working.
I’ve been trying to do the same, but embedding Dynalist into Notion only gives me a ‘No Document is open’ error from Dynalist in Notion.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

In Notion, grab the bottom right corner of the iframe (the window Dynalist is embedded in), and drag it until the file pane appears on the left, then navigate to the document you want.
