Copying the link is trivial on the web app but not so easy on the desktop app.

Yes I ran into this today. I wanted a permanent search, and while the search bar has a star to bookmark the search, I want that search stored in another document where Iām working on related stuff. Problem would be solved if the search bar had a Get Link button or if the bookmark tab had a GetLink on bookmarks.
Good thing I could find a web browser to complete the task.
so im not sure where to put this tip but I think I figured out the solution (and I couldnāt find a clear answer on how to do it exactly, even tho its straightforward)
Ok so I had to do it in the browser, I couldnāt do it on the Mac App directly.
So I logged into dynalist on safariā¦
-clicked on my bookmark so the search came up
-then copied the URL from safari
-then pasted that URL into a dynalist child node or whateverā¦
-and a perfect link is now there as a box
and the link shows up great on all apps now
