I use the desktop app for Windows. I have one document there, which doesn’t sync to the server, but giving the message “Can’t sync”. It is the only document having this behavior. All other docs I can see in the Android app and on the web version.

But yeah, what’s up with the support? It’s nonexisting?
I am no expert but it sounds like the local document file has corruption.
What I would do first is go to Dynalist from a web browser and “Make a copy” of the document, just to be sure there is always a backup until you have repaired the original.
Then try Make a copy from the Windows app.
Then try Export from the Windows app > OPML > Save as file
Then New Document > Import OMPL
Then try editing this new document and see if it syncs and is no longer corrupt.
If you’re satisfied, drag all the other copies to a folder named “Recycle Bin” or just delete them.
I wonder what this means though. I see one other person had the same error last year, but no other people. It’s just your two got unlucky? Windows Desktop App can’t sync - Bugs - Dynalist Forum
