Contacting Support: Can't find an option

Hey Dynalist team,

I can’t find a way to contact support about extending a free trial. I’ve searched in the help section and the getting started tutorial. In the getting started tutorial it says this “In the main menu (the one on the top right of this page), choose Help 🡒 Contact us, we’ll reply asap”

But when following those instructions there is no option to contact us and all of the options either lead to the FAQ or this community forum.

Asking is good. Sometimes search just doesn’t produce the answers you need, and it’s always better to ask rather than the issue grow. Hope you got a response.
