Code block in notes cut off when in "1st line" notes mode

Steps to reproduce

Create code block in notes of an item:

Expected result

When item is not selected the first line of the code block renders and is fully visible.

Actual result

The first line of the code block is cut off:

Environment

Windows 10 Chrome 85.

I can repro on Windows 10 (Chrome v86), and also MacOS 10.15.7 (Chrome v86). It looks better on Mac than Windows, although there is still some cropping.

I tried it in incognito (all extensions disabled) and also with my custom CSS removed, but it still repro’d. Let me know if there’s any other details I can provide that would be useful.

Ah figured out the discrepancy. I have “1st line” option selected in the notes setting for the document view options. If I change that to “Show” it renders properly.

Ideally it wouldn’t clip the first line in either of these modes.
