Steps to reproduce

Open a document and try to type a capital S

Expected result

S

Actual result

Nothing happens.

Environment

Which operating system are you using? Windows 10, macOS 10.15.4
Which browser are you using? Chrome
If youā€™re using a desktop or mobile app, whatā€™s the version number of Dynalist?
Are you using any third-party scripts for Dynalist, e.g. PowerPack? No

Additional information

If I try to create a new document with the + button, there are no issues typing a capital S in the name. Itā€™s just inside the document itself.
I have tried on three different keyboards including mobile same result. Iā€™m typing this meSSage so the S works everywhere else.

Thatā€™s a weird bug indeed. I can type S just fine (Win 10/Chrome). Can you try typing it in an incognito window at https://dynalist.io/demo ?

Hi Shida, yup, works in the incognito window on the demo site. I tried my own account in an incognito window and it does not work.

So it sounds like something up with your account specifically. Do you see any exception in the developer console when you press S?

Sorry, where do I find/see the developer console?

Chrome menu -> More tools -> Developer Tools, then open the ā€œConsoleā€ tab.

Did you happen to set a keyboard shortcut for ā€œShift+Sā€?
