Can't Sync

Steps to reproduce

In the last few days while working from the desktop app I have been getting “can’t Sync” in the red icon button. It quickly disappears and then switches to saved. Just very annoying as you are working to see the red can’t sync.

Expected result

It used to say syncing and the saved.

Windows 10
Chrome but is doing this in the windows desktop app.
Desktop version app (windows)

Hmm Can’t sync usually means there’s an issue with your internet connection. If your internet is fine, then you could click on it when it’s red to see a detail of why it failed to sync. PM me the details (since it might contain your data) so I can help you debug the issue.
