If you set the display mode to RLT, then try to Move items up or down (by dragging the bullet), you will notice that they move to the upper or lower subset of items.
Why? Because the logic of the program after the move is that if it is on the right, it means it is a child! But this should not happen in RTL mode! And it should be on the left, which means it is a child!
