Bookmarks do not sync on Android anymore

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create or change bookmark on desktop

Expected result

Bookmark appears or changes in the Android App.

Actual result

The App has the same bookmarks like weeks ago.

Environment

Android 9 (Oreo)
OnePlus 5T

Additional information

I reinstalled the app completely but nothig changed. With the browser on my phone everything works fine.

Hi @Philipp,

It looks like the local data might have been corrupted somehow.

Could you please try the following:

  1. Make sure the data on your mobile app is backed up (you can export it);
  2. Close the app;
  3. Clear the app cache:
    Android: Settings - Storage - Other apps - Dynalist - Delete storage.
    iOS: iPhone/iPad settings - General - iPhone/iPad storage - Dynalist - Delete app.
  4. Restart the app.

That should pull a fresh copy from the server and fix the issue. After that, paste or import the local changes to continue.
