Bookmark selection highlight doesn't go away

Starting about a month ago, on Android (in app, Chrome, and Firefox) when navigating between bookmarks, frequently the item highlight “sticks” and doesn’t go away until it’s pressed again. Likely caused by an Android System WebView upgrade.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open bookmarks side panel
2. Click on a bookmark
3. Repeat a few times

Expected result

The bookmark item highlight briefly appears when you click and then goes away. When you reopen the side panel no items are highlighted.

Actual result

Sometimes (not always) the item highlight remains, even after clicking into the document and reopening the side panel.
