I see, I was able to repro in demo. Not in my own Dynalist though, curiously.

We have tracked this bug on our todo list, and will fix it as soon as we can! Thanks again for letting us know. I’ll update here when it’s fixed 
The other bug (link: Extra new line when navigating between 2 bookmarks) seems to be caused by the same underlying bug. I know it might have shown slightly different symptoms over there, but for tracking purpose I’ll mark that one as a duplicate and track this post instead.
