Auto-completion in the root item's note does not work

Auto-completion does not work in the note of the root item of a document.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the root item of a document.
  2. Enter the item’s note.
  3. Type [[ to start auto-completion.

Expected result

The auto-completion popup should, well, pop up.

Actual result

The auto-completion popup does not, well, pop up.

Environment

Win 10 Pro x64, Chrome 62.0.3202.94 x64
