Since yesterday I cannot add any new items on any of my lists using my phone. I used to be able to just click anywhere on the list and a cursor would pop up and the keyboard would reveal so that I could type. Now whenever I click anywhere on the list, nothing happens. I’ve tried restarting the app, my phone, and logging back in but nothing works. I know it’s not my phone because every other app works fine (in fact I am typing this message on my phone). And I’m still able to check boxes on my lists, I just can’t add any. So for some reason Dynalist has just decided to stop inserting cursors wherever I click. It works fine on my computer, just not my phone.
Did you hit the lock at the top?
Omg that was it lol. I’ve never used that feature before, didn’t even know it existed. The icon appears “locked” even when it isn’t, so I couldn’t tell. Why would we ever want to lock it anywayv
A fair amount of people browse in locked (read only) mode to avoid accidentally making changes to their notes.
