Steps to reproduce
Create a list moderate length. In a fresh test document, I found 36 items sufficient.
Give the first item on the list a moderate number of sub-items. I found 28 sufficient.
Collapse the first item on the list so the sublist is hidden.
Cut the first item on the list.
Move down the list a bit. I found position 18 sufficient.
Paste the item.
Expected result
Item is pasted and nothing else changes.
Actual result
Item is pasted and the screen scrolls down.
