I have few links in my item. When I want to fix this item, links usually “unpacks” to string and I always lose point of attention. How I can tell to links to be links not as "[Title](http://my_link)". Any ideas?

Put the link in the Note attached to the item. Much nicer than otherwise when http://my_link is actually 5 lines of text.

I think what you want is a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor, which is what most doc apps use. Dynalist uses a Markdown model, which has its strengths (e.g. the documents export better) and weaknesses (like what you just ran). Sorry about that!
