Keyboard does not appear in Android App

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Dynalist Android app
  2. Click somewhere in a document

Expected result

  • Keyboard should appear and user should be able to edit the document

Actual result

  • Keyboard does not appear.
    By clicking on the document, bullet points (or new lines) are created but it is not possible to add text.

Environment

Dynalist app v. 1.2.7 (no custom CSS implemented)
Phone: One Plus 3
Android version: 8.0.0 (not root)
OxygenOS (One Plus customization layer): 5.0.3
Keyboard: SwiftKey keyboard v. 7.0.8.365

I have installed the previous app version, dynalist for Android v. 1.2.5 and the issue does not happen. Keyboard is displayed with no problems.

For now I am keeping that version until there is a fix available.
