When I click a tag, I want to show all items including tag’s words whether it is a tag or not.
like:
· hello #world
· I love this world
I hope when I click first tag, all these two items will show in tag panel.

Not sure that’s how tags are supposed to work. If you want the second result to be matched as well, you should write it as “I love this #world”.
Does that make sense?
